Switch from Salesforce to Atome.

Your accounts, contacts and deals move into one workspace with your email, calendar, notes and chat. The Atome team plans the move with you.

  • Data hosted in the EU
  • Start with one team
  • Keep Salesforce while you switch

Atome: a deal open on its record page, with its stage, its fields, and its emails and meetings in the activity

Why teams leave Salesforce

What your team gets in Atome.

Build a CRM really connected to emails

Connect Gmail or Outlook, and each email is saved on the client and the deal it concerns. In Salesforce, an admin connects Activity Capture, and its standard version keeps six months.

Get your CRM set up by our team

Our team sets up the workspace with you, and Atome AI builds a page from a sentence. In Salesforce, every org has at least one administrator.

Keep your data sovereign

Atome is hosted in the EU, by UpCloud and Aiven, two Finnish companies. Salesforce's EU Operating Zone runs on AWS and is sold as separate products.

More than a CRM

Call transcripts, automations, forms, views, and so much more.

Manage emails as a team

Email: Gmail and Outlook, shared inbox, campaigns

Every email is saved on the client and the deal it belongs to, for the whole team.

Book clients into your team calendar

Calendar: Google and Microsoft sync, team calendars, scheduling

Clients pick a time from your scheduling link, and the meeting is saved on their record and their deal.

Record and transcribe your meetings

AI notetaker: transcript, summary, next actions

Atome records the call with a client, saves the summary on their record and lists the next steps.

Write notes and docs

Docs: notes, proposals, meeting briefs

Every note and proposal is saved on its client's record, for the whole team.

Enrich every company you add

Enrichment: company and contact details filled in

Add a company's website, and Atome fills in its industry, size, location and LinkedIn.

Ask an AI that knows your company

AI brain: full context on all your data

Ask which clients have not replied in two weeks. The AI answers from your emails, meetings and files.

Chat about each client

Each client and each deal has its own chat thread for the team.

Automate repetitive work

A deal moves to the next stage, and Atome sends the email and creates the tasks.

Collect leads with forms

A form on your website creates the contact and the deal, and gives the deal an owner.

Build your own pipelines

Set the stages, fields and views of each pipeline: client deals, hiring or partners.

Which one fits

When Salesforce fits better.

Salesforce suits large sales organisations with admins and partners. Atome suits teams that want their CRM, email and documents in one place, set up with our team.

Fits better if

Salesforce

  • Several hundred sales reps work with territories and forecasting
  • Your workflows depend on Apex code or AppExchange apps
  • A full-time admin team runs your setup, on a long contract

Fits better if

Atome

  • Changing a field or a view needs an admin or a partner
  • You pay for Salesforce plus separate tools for notes, chat and meetings
  • Your client data has to be hosted by European companies

How the switch works

We handle the switch from Salesforce.

Our team plans the move with you, imports your data and trains your teams. Salesforce keeps running until your team works in Atome.

  1. Plan the switch

We look at your Salesforce setup with you and choose what moves and what stays.

  2. Move your data

Accounts, contacts and deals are imported and checked with you.

  3. Train your team

Short sessions, by team, on the work they do every day.

  4. Turn Salesforce off

When your team works in Atome, you export a last copy and close the account.

FAQs

Questions about the switch.

Have you migrated teams from Salesforce before?

Our team has migrated teams from Pipedrive, HubSpot, Airtable, Odoo and spreadsheets, with tools we built for switching from an old CRM. For Salesforce, we look at your setup with you before anything moves.

Can we keep Salesforce while we try Atome?

Yes. You can start with one team or one process, keep Salesforce for the rest, and switch it off when your team has moved.

What happens to our custom fields?

Planning the switch includes deciding what to keep, what to merge and how records link to each other. Fields your team uses get a place in Atome.

How long does the switch take?

It depends on your tools and your data, so we do not publish a duration. Tell us on the demo how your Salesforce is set up.

Who does the switch?

Our implementation team, with you: planning the switch, migrating your data and training your teams.

Where is our data hosted?

In the European Union. Servers and file storage are provided by UpCloud, and the database by Aiven in Germany. Atome AI runs on Mistral AI in France, and on European servers through Cortecs in Austria. The sub-processors page lists every provider.

How much does Atome cost?

€49 per member per month, excluding VAT, billed yearly, or €59 billed monthly. Each member gets a monthly AI allowance.
