Can we keep Odoo for accounting and stock?
Yes. Atome holds the clients, deals, emails and meetings, and your accounting, stock and manufacturing stay in Odoo.
Have you migrated teams from Odoo before?
Yes. Our team has moved teams from Odoo, with tools we built for switching from an old CRM. We look at the Odoo apps you use with you before anything moves.
Do our Studio fields come over?
Their data does. Each Studio field gets a field of the same type in Atome, and our team rebuilds your Studio views and automations with you.
How long does the switch take?
It depends on your Odoo apps and your data, so we do not publish a duration. Tell us on the demo how your Odoo is set up.
Who does the switch?
Our implementation team, with you: planning the switch, migrating your data and training your teams.
Where is our data hosted?
In the European Union. Servers and file storage are provided by UpCloud, and the database by Aiven in Germany. Atome AI runs on Mistral AI in France, and on European servers through Cortecs in Austria. The sub-processors page lists every provider.
How much does Atome cost?
€49 per member per month, excluding VAT, billed yearly, or €59 billed monthly. Each member gets a monthly AI allowance.
